Investor visa. Entrepreneurial Support Act 14/2013.

The Entrepreneurial Support Act of 27 September 2013 (Ley 14/2013) offers real estate investors a residency permit, extensible to spouses and children once the real estate investment is formalized, provided the minimum investment in property is 500.000 € and is free of liens and encumbrances below that figure. Investors must provide a Property Registry certificate proving ownership during the 90 days prior application.

General requirements applicable to all visas and residency permits:

• be over 18 years old
• be in possession of health insurance
• no criminal record in Spain or in their country of residency during 5 years prior application
• proof of sufficient means to support themselves during their residency
